Originally sold alongside handcrafted birdhouses at local markets, the pecans quickly became the main attraction.

In 2024, Diane Clark and Dave Elliott joined Findlay Kitchen to scale their production. By 2025, the brand expanded into wholesale with its first major account at Hard Rock Casino.

Success continued with a launch into Jungle Jim’s International Market, where their artisanal sweets found a loyal following.
